Payment

We require payment for classes to be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class. This allows us to hold your spot in the class. If we go to a waiting list status you will be given notification that we have changed status and that your payment is due. *If needing a specific class day & time please contact us. Private class charges apply at $20/class*

Cancellation of a Class

 
Instructors are scheduled and paid based upon the number of students in a class. Late cancellations may significantly impact Action Medical, LLC ability to schedule and pay instructors fairly. If you are cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours of your registered class start time, Action Medical, LLC will retain your deposit which is equivalent to 50% of the course cost.

Cancellation or switching class dates for the class you are scheduled for must be done by E-mail (in writing) to actioneducation1@gmail.com

**Cancellation/Rescheduling classes due to inclement weather may be made with less than 24 hour notice by Training Site staff. An email will be sent to all students notating inclement weather and will have a list of classes available to be rescheduled too.
